Mixtape Boxing is unlike most other “Cardio Boxing” programs. We strive to encourage and build our members confidence inside and out by experiencing the science of Boxing. With increased confidence, exercise becomes a fun and positively addictive lifestyle. Whatever your health or fitness goals, accomplish it with Mixtape Boxing.

Mixtape Boxing offers its members a place to get down and dirty alongside others all looking for the same things. A great workout, gym camaraderie, and the confidence to know that you left it all in the gym on any given day. Intention boxing offers much more than an hour long punching bag session. Be prepared to step outside of our four walls to experience how the pros condition their bodies in the real world.
